Key Responsibilities: Production Support: 1. Assist in daily production and assembly activities of mechanical and electro-mechanical products. 2. Follow approved drawings, BOMs, and work instructions during manufacturing and assembly. 3. Coordinate with stores and vendors to ensure materials, components, and tools are available on time. 4. Support prototype builds, trial assemblies, and pilot production activities. 5. Identify basic production issues and report them to senior engineers for corrective action. Quality Support: 6. Assist in inspection of incoming materials, in-process parts, and final assemblies as per checklists. 7. Support preparation and maintenance of quality documents such as inspection reports, checklists, and records. 8. Ensure products meet basic quality and workmanship requirements before dispatch. 9. Help in identifying defects, non-conformities, and rework requirements on the shop floor. 10. Support quality audits and compliance activities under the guidance of senior team members. General Responsibilities: 11. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the shop floor. 12. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow. 13. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of defense-related information. 14. Be willing to learn defense standards, manufacturing practices, and quality systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
