As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating leads Pan India, communicating with customers on all the services and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting prospects into customers and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, campaigns and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the appropriate services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and contribute to the funnel movement.
- Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to align on campaigns and lead follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets along with KPIs.
- Stay updated with the trends and explore new verticals in pitching our services.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Preferred from Corporate Catering (F&B), Facility Management, IPCs & Leasing Industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Prospecting or Lead Gen tools like Lusha, Mr. E etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with Campaigns, Online Sources for Lead Generation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer management.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹12,000,000.00 per year
