We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Compliance Executive to ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, payroll compliance, and employee welfare requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory deductions, government compliance filings, labour law audits, and coordination with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Labor Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
- Factories Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Monitor amendments in labour laws and update company policies accordingly.
- Support management in implementing statutory and legal compliance practices.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure accurate processing of statutory deductions including:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESI (Employee State Insurance)
- Professional Tax
- TDS
- Gratuity
- Coordinate with payroll teams for timely remittance and compliance filings.
- Verify monthly statutory reports and challans.
3. EPF & ESI Administration
- Register eligible employees under EPF & ESI schemes.
- Ensure timely PF & ESI contribution remittances and return filings.
- Handle employee queries related to:
- PF withdrawals
- Pension claims
- UAN updates
- ESI claims and benefits
- Coordinate with EPFO and ESIC offices for compliance matters.
4. Gratuity & Bonus Administration
- Administer gratuity processing as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.
- Ensure compliance under the Payment of Bonus Act.
- Maintain records related to gratuity eligibility, nominations, and settlements.
5. Wage & Compensation Compliance
- Ensure employee wages comply with Minimum Wages regulations.
- Monitor adherence to Equal Remuneration policies and avoid wage discrimination.
- Support salary structure reviews from a statutory compliance perspective.
6. Contract Labour & Vendor Compliance
- Ensure compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
- Verify statutory documents and compliance records of contractors and vendors.
- Maintain contractor labour records and license documentation.
7. Workplace Safety & Employee Welfare
- Support implementation of POSH compliance and awareness programs.
- Ensure workplace safety standards as per applicable safety regulations.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and compliance training programs.
8. Record Maintenance & Audits
- Maintain statutory registers and records including:
- Wage Register
- Muster Roll
- Leave Records
- Attendance Registers
- Prepare documentation for labour inspections and statutory audits.
- Coordinate during inspections by government authorities.
9. Taxation & Compliance Filings
- Ensure timely deduction and remittance of TDS on salaries.
- Coordinate issuance of Form 16 to employees.
- Support quarterly and annual statutory return filings.
10. Government Liaison & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with government departments such as:
- EPFO
- ESIC
- Labour Department
- Factory Inspectorate
- Assist in handling labour disputes, notices, and legal compliance matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with external consultants and statutory bodies
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR statutory compliance, payroll compliance, or labour law administration.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with HRMS/SAP systems.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
