We are looking for an experienced and socially driven CSR Manager to lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, develop partnerships with companies, manage CSR projects, and ensure effective implementation and reporting of social impact programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CSR strategies and annual action plans.
- Identify CSR funding opportunities and build relationships with corporate partners.
- Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, and project reports.
- Coordinate with companies, foundations, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor project implementation, timelines, deliverables, and impact indicators.
- Maintain CSR documentation, compliance records, utilization reports, and audit-ready data.
- Organize field visits, meetings, events, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Track project outcomes and prepare impact assessment reports.
- Support branding, communication, and visibility of CSR initiatives.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and timely reporting to donors and management.

Pay: ₹13,423.17 - ₹39,555.59 per month
