Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end production operations for our corporate gifting business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, vendor management, quality assurance, inventory control, and timely execution of customized corporate gifting orders while ensuring cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities for corporate gifting orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, branding, printing, packaging, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely execution and dispatch of customized orders as per client deadlines.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain product standards.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production resources.
- Optimize production costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff and production supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.
- Prepare production MIS reports, productivity analysis, and improvement plans.
- Handle production issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of production/operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Printing, Packaging, FMCG, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, vendor management, inventory management, and quality systems.
