Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar HR executive role, with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desired.
- Core Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, high emotional intelligence, proficiency in HR analytics, and strong communication skills
