Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agent Framework Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using the Microsoft Agent Framework SDK.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or C# (.NET).
- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework SDK.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Expertise in Workflow Design and Orchestration.
- Experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration.
- Strong knowledge of Tool Calling / Function Calling patterns.
- Experience implementing Agent Handoffs and Agent-to-Agent communication.
- Knowledge of Session Persistence, Context Management, and Memory Systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Enterprise Integrations
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using the Microsoft Agent Framework SDK.
Develop AI solutions using Python and/or C# (.NET).
Design and implement Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
Build and manage workflow design, orchestration, and agent execution flows.
Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) for connecting agents with external tools, services, and data sources.
Implement Tool Calling and Function Calling capabilities for AI agents.
Develop Agent Handoffs and Agent-to-Agent communication mechanisms.
Implement session persistence, context management, and memory systems.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, and other enterprise integration patterns.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready
