Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily hotel/resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, resolving operational issues, and maintaining smooth coordination between departments during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel/resort operations across all departments
- Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, and overall guest experience
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams
- Monitor staff performance and ensure SOP compliance
- Prepare daily operational reports and shift handover notes
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards are maintained
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
- Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and PMS systems
- Problem-solving and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel or resort operations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or boutique properties
- Knowledge of IDS, Opera, or other hotel PMS software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
