Business Development- Inside Interior Sales:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of interior design.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.
· Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
· Work closely with the design team to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
· Conduct presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Project Coordination:
· Liaise between clients and the interior design team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
· Collaborate with designers to create innovative and practical design solutions.
· Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our interior design services.
Job Requirements :
· Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree or any related course, should be from interior Design or Exhibition background.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
· Experience: 2-4 years exp. in Home Interior Sales or real estate field.
