About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring a blend of inside sales (tele-calling and cold calling) and outdoor marketing (on-field client acquisition). If you are tech-savvy, love building relationships, and are motivated by targets and high incentive potential, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Tele-calling: Conduct strategic cold calls and tele-calling campaigns to identify, qualify, and pitch our products and services to potential business clients.
- On-Field Sales: Meet prospects face-to-face, deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals on the ground.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospective leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets to unlock lucrative incentive tiers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or field marketing role.
- Sales Fundamentals: Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, handling objections, and closing techniques.
- Tools & Technologies: Hands-on knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools (such as CRM software, pipeline tracking tools, and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to decision-makers. Should be able to communicate in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling locally for field visits and client meetings. Should have 2 wheeler bike.
