Requirements and Skills
- Experience: 4–8 years working in sales or business development, including past team management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Must know how to use CRM software (like Salesforce) to track sales data.
- Leadership: Great people skills with a talent for coaching others.
- Communication: Top-notch speaking, listening, and negotiation skills.
