Key Responsibilities
- Drive project planning, execution, and tracking for GCC setup initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Admin, Procurement, Business Units)
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence
- Support development and implementation of policies, governance frameworks, and SOPs for GCC
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and reporting
- Ensure alignment with leadership expectations and business objectives
- Track resource allocation and coordinate vendor/internal support where needed
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Key Requirements
- Experience level: - 8–12 years of experience in project management / program management
- Prior experience in setting up GCC / Shared Services / COE / large transformation projects preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and report directly to senior HR leadership.
Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
