Job description
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our growing retail organization with multiple store locations in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both people management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (Primary Focus)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for store and backend roles
· Handle employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, and exit processes
· Maintain employee records and documentation
· Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
· Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
· Support performance management and HR policy implementation
· Ensure basic statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
· Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for store and backend teams
· Assist in onboarding training and ongoing skill development initiatives
· Track and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
Administration & Operations (Secondary Role)
- Coordinate store requirements (packing materials, stationery, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of all non-sale materials across locations
- Manage vendor coordination for admin. supplies and services
- Support planning and execution of store events and festive activities
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and general store upkeep
- Handle inter-store logistics and coordination
Candidate Profile
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin. roles
- Prior experience in retail / multi-location business preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on approach with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- This role requires periodic visits across all store locations to connect with floor staff, understand ground-level concerns, observe team dynamics, and ensure HR policies are being lived — not just documented.

Salary range: ₹ 20,000-50,000/month
Work timing: 10:30AM – 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
