About the Role
We are looking for an experienced corporate partnerships professional with a strong network across corporates, CSR foundations, and philanthropic institutions to drive fundraising, donor engagement, and business development initiatives.
As the Manager – Corporate Partnerships & CSR, you will play a key role in expanding Sewa Bridge's corporate partnerships by building relationships with CSR Heads, CXOs, ESG teams, foundations, and family offices. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting donor advisory initiatives, securing CSR partnerships, and strengthening long-term relationships that enable impactful social development projects across India.
This role requires a professional who understands the CSR ecosystem, possesses strong corporate connects, and can independently drive partnership discussions from prospecting through onboarding while contributing to the organization's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence and map potential corporates, CSR foundations, family offices, and institutional donors aligned with Sewa Bridge's focus areas.
- Identify decision-makers and develop a qualified pipeline of prospective corporate partners through research, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Initiate and nurture conversations with CXOs, CSR Heads, ESG teams, HR leaders, and business leaders to introduce Sewa Bridge's advisory and partnership offerings.
- Understand corporate CSR priorities, funding mandates, and employee engagement objectives to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Conceptualize and present customized CSR, corporate volunteering, and social impact solutions that align with corporate objectives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, budgets, and partnership pitches for prospective donors and corporate partners.
- Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and due diligence processes through to successful closure and onboarding.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of fundraising and partnership opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely conversion.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key corporate partners, driving long-term engagement, renewals, cross-functional collaboration, and repeat partnerships.
- Represent Sewa Bridge at CSR forums, conferences, industry events, and networking platforms to enhance organizational visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal programme management team to ensure seamless transition from partnership acquisition to project implementation.
- Track partnership performance, fundraising progress, revenue targets, and business development metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Partnerships, CSR, Corporate Fundraising, Business Development, Donor Advisory, Institutional Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in raising CSR funding and building long-term partnerships with corporates, foundations, or institutional donors.
- Strong existing network with corporates, CSR Heads, ESG leaders, business leaders, and philanthropic institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
