Back Office Operations Executive with experience in managing employee documentation, KYC verification, payroll processing, inventory management, and administrative operations for multiple USA store locations. Skilled in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, processing salaries, and supporting smooth back-office operations with accuracy and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managed employee documentation and records for multiple USA store locations.
2. Conducted KYC verification and compliance checks for employees.
3. Maintained and updated employee databases and personnel files.
4. Processed employee payroll and salary disbursement accurately and on time.
5. Monitored attendance, records, and employee information.
6. Managed inventory records and stock tracking across multiple stores.
7. Coordinated with store managers regarding employee documentation and operational requirements.
8. Prepared operational reports, employee records, and inventory reports.
9. Handled back-office administrative tasks and day-to-day operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations & Payroll Executive
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good understanding of ,Payroll, and operations/ Back office work.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
