Job Description:
Back Office Operations Executive with experience in managing employee documentation, payroll processing, inventory management, and administrative operations for multiple USA store locations. Skilled in maintaining employee records. ensuring smooth back-office operations with accuracy and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage employee documentation and records for multiple USA store locations.
2. Conduct KYC verification and compliance checks for employees.
3. Maintained and updated employee databases and personnel files.
4. Process employee payroll and salary disbursement accurately and on time.
5. Monitor attendance, records, and employee information.
6. Manage inventory records and stock tracking across multiple stores.
7. Coordinate with store managers regarding employee documentation and operational requirements.
8. Prepare operational reports, employee records, and inventory reports.
9. Handled back-office administrative tasks and day-to-day operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- English communication
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- knowledge of MS Excel and MS WordExperience:
- Prior experience in office work
- Working Time: 2pm t0 10 pm
- MS WORD AND EXCEL
- TYPING SPEED
