Position: Assistant Professor – Commerce

Eligibility Criteria (As per UGC Norms)
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com)/ MBA with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Must have qualified UGC-NET/SET/SLET in the relevant subject. Candidates holding a Ph.D. as per applicable UGC regulations may be exempt from NET/SET/SLET requirements.
- Strong academic record and subject knowledge in Commerce-related disciplines.
- Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, research publications, and administrative capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Commerce courses effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and student mentoring.
- Maintain academic records and ensure quality teaching standards.
- Participate in departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and research initiatives.
- Assist in student admissions, counseling, and outreach activities.
- Support NAAC, UGC, University, and other regulatory compliance work.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional growth.
