Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Senior Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will understand student requirements, provide program guidance, and support them from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Assist candidates with applications, documentation, and enrollment formalities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Manage leads effectively and drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education consulting, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-time
Timings: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
