Work Shifts (IST) ( part Time)-
Morning Shift: 1:30 AM – 5:30 AM
Day Shift: 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Work Shift- (Full Time)- 8AM- 5PM
Job Overview-
The Property Management Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of a U.S.-based property management team by handling tenant communications, coordinating leasing activities, and managing administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities-
- Respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, and text.
- Coordinate property showings and leasing activities.
- Follow up on rental applications and required documentation
- Schedule move-in and move-out inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.
- Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio.
- Prepare notices, lease documents, and professional correspondence.
- Assist with tenant onboarding and daily administrative tasks.
Skills-
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and quickly learn new software.
- Professional phone etiquette and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM or property management software is an advantage.
- Experience with vendor coordination or remote teams is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
Qualification-
- No specific educational qualification is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Software training will be provided on all tools and platforms required for the role.
Experience-
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, property management, or real estate is preferred but not required.
- Freshers with excellent communication and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
