- Manage all financial documentation related to the office, weddings and events, including vendor payments, client invoices, receipts, expense tracking, and purchase records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, ledgers, cash flow reports, and event-wise profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, and banks while ensuring timely completion of audits, statutory filings, and financial compliance.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax (ITR), and other statutory compliances, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Monitor budgets, payment schedules, vendor reconciliations, and client collections to maintain healthy cash flow across multiple events.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, maintain financial records, and provide management with regular financial insights to support business planning and decision-making.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
