Key Responsibilities
- Daily site supervision and monitoring.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Monitor labour attendance and productivity.
- Ensure quality control at site.
- Check material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues.
- Maintain site records and documentation.
- Report progress directly to Management.

Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Driving License
- Own Two-Wheeler Preferred
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and Email Access
- Ability to prepare reports in Excel
- Willing to work at project sites
- Willing to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹10,090.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
