Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, charismatic, and high-closing Real Estate Sales Executive to join our direct sales team. In this role, you will transition qualified leads into closed deals. You will be responsible for conducting property site visits, presenting the value proposition of our projects, handling objections, negotiating pricing, and managing the closure process.
This is a field-heavy, target-driven role for a true "closer" who thrives on face-to-face client interactions and wants an uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Closure: Take ownership of pre-qualified leads and drive them through the final stages of the sales funnel to successful closure.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct engaging, professional property site visits and walkthroughs for prospective buyers and investors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique financial and lifestyle needs of clients to match them with the perfect property/inventory.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling: Confidently address client concerns regarding pricing, legalities, timelines, and market comparisons to finalize agreements.
- Post-Sales Facilitation: Coordinate with the CRM and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking payments, and onboarding for the client.
