We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive for our construction company “RUDHRA INFRA” to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, labor coordination, payroll support, and HR operations at site and office levels. The candidate should be capable of handling workforce management in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
Handle hiring for site staff, engineers, supervisors, labor, and office employees
Coordinate interviews and joining formalities
Manage manpower requirements for construction sites
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Coordinate payroll processing for staff and labor
Verify overtime, wages, and contractor attendance reports
3. Employee Documentation
Maintain employee files, joining documents, and ID records
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
Ensure proper compliance with labor laws and company policies
4. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and workplace concerns
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
Support communication between site teams and management
5. Compliance & Administration
Ensure statutory compliance related to labor and HR
Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, and labor licenses
Support HR audits and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–6 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and attendance management
Good communication and coordination skills
