Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers from order placement to successful delivery.
- Update customers on order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the CRM system.
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Track pending orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare order status and customer service reports.
- Support customer retention by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Coordination, or Order Processing.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
