Senior Analyst – US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services: With a focus on strategy and analytics, US Consumer Marketing analytics & Investment Services team is responsible for driving acquisition growth & deepening engagement with cardmembers by delivering the most relevant content to the right consumer through their preferred channel of choice optimizing value maximization and customer experience. Our charter is to drive revenue growth for the business and maximize return for investment on marketing dollars by accelerating innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. The team has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a range of business growth initiatives for the US consumer card business.
Purpose of the Role:
This position is in the US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team and is responsible for driving customer acquisition and business growth via expanding and deepening analytics on Customer Personalization Strategy. You will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/GenAI-powered capabilities to bring transparency & deepen understanding of the current arbitration framework for treatments, recommend enhancements in framework, ramp up test & learn of treatments across placements & partner with teams across enterprise- Marketing, Decision Science, Product, Analytics and Technologies to stay abreast of any changes & corresponding business impact on US Consumer Marketing team’s success metrics & business goals.
Experience:
2+ years of work experience leveraging analytics and data science to drive business results.
Academic Background:
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science)
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to define strategic vision and build actionable roadmaps.
- Resilient, decisive individual with a track record of challenging the status quo and driving execution in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and gaining stakeholder alignment to achieve bold, enterprise-wide outcomes
- Ability to be proactive, think quickly and make critical decisions regarding high visibility deliverables with tight timelines; often requiring the ability to make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure
- High quality written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions
- Excellent presentation skills, especially in crafting engaging and informative visual support materials
Knowledge of Global Marketing, personalization framework, CM data will be an added advantage

Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Prior experience on US consumer data and ability to coach the team on standard processes in querying extremely large and complex datasets using big data programming languages (Python, Hive, Scala).
- Expert knowledge of experimental test design and ability to inform business strategy based on statistical findings
Strong knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques and data driven solutions to business challenges
