Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Field Sales Intern with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, identifying businesses that require digital marketing services, pitching our solutions, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential clients (retail stores, startups, SMEs, local businesses, etc.)
- Generate leads through field visits, cold visits, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and explain our digital marketing services
- Present service packages and customized marketing solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team for onboarding new clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Confident personality with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Pursuing or completed graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualities
- Prior sales or marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
