Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and architects
- Promote and sell company products in the building materials segment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local market and industry network
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Valid driving license is Mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
