Ltd. is a turnkey infrastructure and interior contracting company specializing in pharmaceutical facilities, commercial interiors, industrial projects, healthcare, clean rooms, MEP services, and design & build solutions. We are expanding our business and seeking an energetic professional to help drive our next phase of growth.
Role Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will generate qualified business opportunities, strengthen the IBR brand, maintain relationships with architects, consultants and corporate clients, and support the company in achieving its revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach potential clients across pharma, commercial, healthcare, industrial and corporate sectors.
· Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals and market research.
· Schedule client meetings and presentations for the leadership team.
· Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, facility managers and procurement teams.
· Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.
· Prepare brochures, capability statements, presentations and marketing materials.
· Maintain a CRM database and track enquiries through project award.
· Coordinate proposals, client meetings and site visits with internal teams.
· Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities.
· Collect client testimonials and identify repeat business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Generate 40–60 qualified leads per month.
· Arrange 12–15 client meetings per month.
· Develop relationships with at least 10 new architects/consultants every month.
· Submit 8–10 qualified proposals monthly.
· Maintain 100% updated CRM records.
· Publish at least 12 professional social media posts each month.
· Support achievement of the company's annual revenue growth objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
· MBA in Marketing preferred.
· 5-10 years of experience in construction, interiors, infrastructure, MEP or related industries.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
· Knowledge of B2B sales and digital marketing.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
