Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Branch Administrator to manage daily branch operations, handle documentation, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth administrative functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch administrative activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic accounts coordination
- Coordinate with head office and internal departments
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) & Google sheets
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–1 years experience in administration / office management preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
