Business Growth Specialist
Location: Coimbatore.
Qualification: MBA Marketing, Business Management, or related specialisation.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who are passionate about business development, client engagement, market research, and creating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and supporting the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and business events.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing,Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
