About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage our, online marketplaces Like Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online sales platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
- Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory accuracy across all platforms
- Monitor performance, analyze (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate) and generate reports
- Coordinate with marketing team on digital campaigns, paid ads to drive online sales
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales campaigns
- Ensure smooth order processing, from checkout to delivery, in coordination with logistics/warehouse teams
- Handle customer feedback, reviews, and resolve escalated online customer service issues
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Track and manage e-commerce budget, ROI on marketing spend, and profitability of online channels
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and platform policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree In Any Stream
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Platform Ads
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
