Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development experience, leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, property development, project sales, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales team members.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and periodic reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field.
- BBA, MBA, or B.Tech (any discipline) may be considered.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in real estate, construction, property development, infrastructure, or related sectors is preferred.
