Job Summary:
The TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems for our automation solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble mechanical components and systems
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Follow TEAL system guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality
- Travel to client sites for installation and maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of TEAL system is preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
