Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic, sharp fresher to join us as a Sales Associate. You'll be at the front line of our growth — generating leads, engaging prospects, and helping convert conversations into consultations for our IT compliance and cybersecurity advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales within the IT/cybersecurity consulting space, with direct mentorship from the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online research
- Qualify inbound inquiries (e.g., free IT assessment/consultation requests) and schedule discovery calls for the leadership team
- Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker with accurate prospect and pipeline information
- Support outreach campaigns targeting finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sector clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up communications, and basic client documentation
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team to align outreach with LinkedIn and newsletter campaigns
- Track competitor activity and market trends in the IT compliance/cybersecurity space
- Attend client calls/meetings (virtual and in-person) to learn solution positioning
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate (any discipline; preference for BBA/B.Com/B.Tech/MBA or related fields)
- 0–1 year of experience; internships in sales, business development, or marketing are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and target-driven work
- Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach is a plus
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn B2B/consultative selling
- Interest in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance domains is a strong plus (training will be provided)
