We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Inventory and cost accounting experience.
