Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel SOPs and brand standards.

Replace linens, towels, guest supplies, and room amenities.

Ensure all rooms are maintained in a neat, hygienic, and presentable condition.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.

Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within the required time.

Maintain proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.

Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments whenever required.

Attend departmental briefings and training sessions regularly.

Follow grooming and attendance standards as per hotel policy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods.

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Positive guest service approach.

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass or Hotel Management background preferred.

Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Housekeeping operations in hotels.
