Description
The Senior Proposals Manager supports the Europe Communications Growth Group to optimise and sustain growth of the Region Europe Communications organisation - partnering with operating company leadership to help convert new and organic business opportunities. They work closely with all Europe Growth and Business Development team members to support new business and organic growth opportunities ensuring all activities are captured in relevant reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Offers business conversion and growth support to all Region Europe Communications offices and affiliates

Collaborates with leaders in Advertising, Public Relations, Medical Communications to drive growth and fosters relationships across the business

Leverages a standard process from RFP assessment to pitch, ensuring consistent proposal quality and efficient onboarding

Ensures every proposal tells a clear, compelling story and highlights our differentiated value

Uses broader Syneos Health's resources to provide clients with unique and valuable solutions

Early adopter of digital technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation, efficiency and to build bespoke recommendations for clients

Develops clear and compelling client-ready capabilities presentations

Liaise with business units to update or develop new client ready case studies and experience to build upon the knowledge library

Point of contact for all incoming knowledge requests to Europe Communications agencies

Champions accurate and streamlined sf.com reporting, supports in delivery of performance updates to the Region Europe Communications organisation
