Hiring: Personal Secretary
I am engaged in multiple businesses and professional roles and am looking for a highly efficient, reliable, and proactive Personal Secretary to help manage and streamline my day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow Maintain records, documents, and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Assist in managing and organizing multiple business activities
Requirements: Strong proficiency in computers, especially MS Excel Excellent command over English (spoken & written) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to multitask and work independently with accountability Basic accounts knowledge or commerce background preferred
Work Timings: Flexible (based on work requirements)
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate
