- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor (Education) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students regarding educational opportunities. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective students, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and application procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Update student records and interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education counselling, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
