Job Description
Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foreman (Civil) with extensive experience in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills and the ability to supervise construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Manage and guide labour, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
- Monitor work progress and achieve project milestones.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and material utilization on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, and structural works.
- Experience with construction contractors is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
