Position: Executive – Brand Operations

Reporting to: Production Manager
Role Description:
To support and streamline operational activities across projects and brand functions, ensuring efficient execution, coordination, and compliance with brand and business standards.

Qualification:
- MBA in Operations, Brand Management
- B.E / B.Tech or equivalent
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in operations, process management, quality, or compliance roles
- Industry background — open to FMCG, pharma, supplements, manufacturing, or any operations-heavy environment
- Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple departments
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and execution of operational projects; track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams
- Brand Operations:
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and operational touchpoints
Maintain accurate records, SOPs, reports, vendor agreements, and operational documentationLiaise with vendors for procurement, services, and issue resolution; track deliveries and service qualitySupport operational planning including store readiness, inventory movement, and resource allocationCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operationsKey Skills:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
