Sakura Interactive is a growing creative agency specializing in branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and digital experiences. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help strengthen our online presence, generate business opportunities, and support our company's growth.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and lead generation, while being willing to learn and adapt as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Research and identify potential clients that align with Sakura Interactive's target audience.
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Explore new opportunities for customer acquisition through online platforms.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
- Test different audiences, creatives, and approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and maintain Sakura Interactive's social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, and content calendars.
- Coordinate with the design team to create and publish marketing content.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement basic on-page SEO practices.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Support content optimization for better search performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor marketing campaigns and track important performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1.5 years of practical experience* in Digital Marketing through employment, freelance work, internships, or personal projects.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Practical knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager*, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates with practical project experience, freelance work, or marketing portfolios will be given preference.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
