Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and communicate with international clients through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients.
- Prepare and send quotations, order details, and other required documents to clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales, customer handling, or international client coordination is preferred.
Salary: Based on experience.
