- Manage production planning and daily output target
- Monitor manpower productivity and shift operations
- Ensure product quality as per company standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and packing departments
- Control production losses and improve efficiency
- Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping in plant area
- Maintain production reports and MIS data
- Handle machine breakdown coordination and preventive maintenance
- Implement SOPs and process improvements in production
