Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printing Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Printing and Signage Industry, with the ability to install, operate, troubleshoot, service, and maintain various printing equipment. The successful candidate will ensure machines operate efficiently, minimize downtime, and maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair printing and signage production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in printing machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Service and maintain digital printing, large-format printing, and finishing equipment.
- Calibrate machines to maintain print quality and production accuracy.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.
- Replace defective components and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Work closely with production operators to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist in machine installation, relocation, and commissioning when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Printing Machine Technician in the Printing and Signage Industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Digital Printing Machines
- Large Format Printers
- UV Printing Machines
- Eco-Solvent Printers
- Offset Printing Machines (preferred)
- CNC Cutting Machines (preferred)
- Laser Cutting & Engraving Machines (preferred)
- Laminating and Finishing Equipment
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for on-site machine servicing if required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Printing Machine Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
- Printing Industry: 2 years (Required)
- Signage Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
- Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
