Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries from buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Generate leads through networking, references, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and channel partners
- Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Prepare property presentations and update listings
- Assist clients with documentation and transaction processes
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/leasing preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
