- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers as per requirements
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide product details, pricing, and order-related information
- Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, dispatch, production) for order processing
- Maintain customer records, inquiry details, and sales documentation
- Track orders from inquiry stage to final delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS
- Assist the sales team in administrative and coordination tasks
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or escalation
- Support in maintaining strong customer relationships and repeat business
