Video Editor - Organic
Content Creation | Full-Time | Bengaluru – Work from Office | 1–2 Years Experience
Role Overview:
We are looking for a video editor who is a creative technologist at heart—someone who blends traditional editing excellence with AI-powered content creation. You will craft stories that connect deeply with learners across our educational platforms, working at the intersection of Premiere Pro and Runway, After Effects and Veo3.
What You'll Own:
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Ensure high-quality storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual consistency.
- Perform color correction, quality checks, and final optimization for different platforms.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Generate AI visuals, B-roll, avatars, voiceovers, and creative assets using modern AI tools.
- Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve production quality and speed.
- Integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into video narratives.
Creative Storytelling
- Collaborate with content strategists and creators to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Create storyboards, visual concepts, and editing approaches aligned with audience behavior.
- Understand how modern audiences consume educational and AI-focused content.
Motion Graphics & Visual Design
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, lower-thirds, and branded assets using After Effects.
- Design visual elements that enhance engagement and information retention.
Must-Have Skills:
● Premiere Pro
● After effects
● Basic motion graphics
● Captioning and pacing
● Understanding of YouTube editing styles
Good to Have:
● EdTech or educational video experience
● AI scriptwriting tools familiarity
● Cinematography principles
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
