Job Description
Sigma Solve Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, network management, troubleshooting, and IT support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Perform system backups, recovery operations, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and email administration.
- Implement security policies, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with Linux Server Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, CCNA, or Azure Administrator are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
