Hotel Management (F&B) Trainer (Service / Production)
§ Responsible for overseeing the batch assigned from mobilization through post-placement.
§ Develop comprehensive activity-cum-lesson plans focusing on domain subjects
§ Assist mobilization activities and Provide counseling to candidates
§ Confirm the final candidates list for training & facilitate the admission process
§ Offer placement support to candidates & Track candidate placements
§ Collect necessary documents from candidates
§ Deliver classroom-based theory sessions and practical sessions at the domain labs
§ Conduct regular internal assessment as per SOP to evaluate candidates' progress in English language proficiency and soft skills development, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
§ Enhance candidates' confidence and readiness for employment
§ Conduct internal assessments following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
§ Undertake any other related tasks assigned by higher management
Good communication in English, Hindi, Kannada
Bachelors/Diploma in Hotel Management (3/4 years)
Prior experience (4-5 years) in Hotel F & B operations is must.
